The new factory, based in Lisbon, has 4 production lines for nitrile gloves from the Bailixin Machinery Brand (the best manufacturing lines in the world) with a production capacity of 400 million gloves / month and with the ambitious goal of doubling current production and reach 2021 million gloves / month before the end of 800, in its facilities of more than 15,000 m2 located in Lisbon (Portugal)
Contributing at a crucial moment in the development of the pandemic and with what this means for the economy and the European labor market, a new factory, with quality controls and the most advanced technology, which until now was only available in the Asian market .
Helping to stabilize prices, qualities and delivery times, which Asian manufacturers were taking advantage of. ICW Holding has invested 25 million euros for the purchase from RCRE, one of the largest and only sanitary nitrile gloves factory in Europe, with more than 15,000 m2, 4 production lines, capacity to produce 400 million nitrile gloves per month.
